Amendments clash in whosarat.com Controversy

Whosarat.com aspires to expose one of the biggest problems in the federal criminal system, the paid informant.  Many observers, particularly law enforcement, decry those efforts as misguided at best and criminal at worst.

The controversy is an interesting collision of many constitutional provisions (Free Speech, Right to Counsel, Right to Due Process, Right to Confront and Cross-Examine Witnesses) with the needs of the law enforcement.
